The Isle of Wight

The Isle of Wight lies on the south coast of England, only a short ferry ride away from Portsmouth, Southampton or Lymington. The Island is a beautiful holiday destination all year round, with miles of pathways for walking and cycling and lots of sandy beachs for those warm sunny days.

Wether you are a couple looking for a relaxing week away on your own, or part of a large family there is something for everyone on our beautiful Island.

There is a lovely collection of National Trust places to visit on your stay, dotted all around the Island. As well as a selection of Houses and gardens, beautiful sea view golf courses and blue flag beaches.

The Isle of Wight Steam Railway also runs adjacent Kemphill Woods. During the high season you can see the steam trains on their magical journey everyday. Take a stroll through our wonderful woodland and be amazed at the steam trains in the distance!
